Best Toilet Repair in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

I had a variety of plumbing needs including a full toilet replacement, a toilet re-build, installation of an interior emergency water cutoff valve and re-locate new ice maker lines to accommodate new built in refrigerator and add a new ice maker line in garage. Paul Glover managed the project and evaluated all requirements needed above including consulting with Viking technical support to be sure on the installation requirements-he then determined the needed location and technique required. He was very good at explaining options and completed all the work very professionally. He was assisted by Brian who also was very professional and efficient. We have used Queen City Plumbing before and are very pleased with the result of today’s projects and are already in planning stages for additional work by this firm.Herb Bowers

Mike Fisher came out to do a check on our plumbing on August 24. He came within the predetermined ti me frame, called us first to advise that he was coming, did a good job, and even took the time to share some tips to help keep our disposal running well. Laszlo from Mr. Rooter came out twice. He did a fantastic job with excellent customer service. Many things were done to this older home. A new pressure relief valve was put in, the old one wasn't working, and the he also fixed a leak that was near the main water valve that the city didn't mention when they fixed the rusty main water valve. Laszlo spent two full days out here giving the home other upgrades such as replacing the water heater and corroded piping. It was quite cold on day two, but no complaints. Water pressure is now back to normal, and the water bill should be much better now that the leak is fixed.

Trevor was very upfront and professional. Company was responsive on first phone call and we were able to have a new water heater the next day after ours broke…and on a Saturday!

I used this company for an emergency water leak on a Sunday night. We had water from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Chris Jones gave us an estimated time and arrived on time. He was able to quickly determine the cause. He was professional and showed us pictures and video of what he found. I hope to not have another emergency but will definately use them again.

Brett and Erich provided extremely prompt responses to my inquiries prior to the installation. The installation was swiftly and efficiently done at a reasonable price. It was also a pleasure not being subjected to any of the usual contractor cross selling pressures. I highly recommend without reservation.

We had an emergency call today to repair a pipe that was leaking in our wall. We had a hot water heater that was installed incorrectly by another plumber which a home warranty company sent to our house. IVR came within 40 minutes of our call and we had Tony W. He explained how things should of been done and made all the appropriate repairs. He was professional, very polite and I learned a lot. He explained why these things should of been done. I would recommend IRV plumbing.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!
