Best Toilet Repair in Charlotte NC

Called for electrical needs twice and left a message with a real person. Never heard back. Poor customer service. Finally heard back and Service Tech came out the next day. Much better.

Replaced outdated smoke detectors. On time, professional and courteous. Price could be better, but the units are great quality and there were no surprises.

Great experience working with Tony. We needed a new hot water heater installed and some minor electrical work. He gave us the best quote and was able to knock the job out very quickly for us. I would definitely recommend his services and will be calling him in the future for any plumbing/electrical needs.

Today, 1/15/2014, Brian did a great job with the minor repairs we needed. From reattaching a door frame, reattaching trim, to changing lights that we can't reach on a normal size ladder. We actually had a toilet that had just broken the night before, and he ran out to get the part we needed and fixed it on the spot. He talked us through things to make sure we understood the issue and what he was going to do. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He left everything in order. Not going to highly recommend this service. Entire job was a battle to complete. While the electric work was fine and admittedly, the renovation work (outside of the service’s span of control) was delayed by cabinet company delays— the installation of appliances was done incorrectly. Microwave, oven and dishwasher were literally just pushed into their space and not secured at all. Had to have a second person come and do the job correctly (and my contractor had to spend his time assisting as a double wall oven install is not a one man job.). I had to secure the other appliances myself which I had paid this firm to complete. Lighting fixture installations and new outlet installs did turn out very nice. The experience was probably a 6 out of 10 but the interaction with owner (which started out great) left a bad taste in my mouth.
