Best Toilet Repair And Replacement in Charlotte NC

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They 2 people that were on site were very helpful and were very willing to find a solution.

If you are a senior citizen please BEWARE...this company offers a senior citizen discount to reel you in but the price you will be quoted will be extremely high, poor quality, and not worth your money. My mother called Benjamin Franklin to locate a leak in our home because our water bill was higher than usual. Benjamin Franklin sent a technician to our home and the technician stated that he could not find a leak anywhere but it could be possibly be our toilets. He asked if she wanted a repair and she asked him to quote a price for the cost of the repair. He quoted the price of $457 to fix the toilet (a flapper; which he stated was the issue). My mother declined the service because she thought it was a little excessive.. He asked for the service fee and travel of $57 plus tax. My mother paid him. Less than 24 hours later we had FLOODING in our basement where the water heater is located. We immediately call BF to get another technician to look at the issue. The representative stated that we would have to PAY for another service call because this call was not related to the original service call. Side Note: During the technicians inspection, he did not secure the valve on top of the tank and water was everywhere. I had to call another plumber to come and fix the issue. I called again to speak to another representative about their policies and she stated that what the previous representative stated was not the case and that she would escalate the situation to her manager. The manager returned our call and stated that his technicians don't touch anything which doesn't make much sense if you are there to inspect for leaks how could you not touch anything? The customer is not right in this case. Also, we have never had any issues with the water heater. He offered to give us a refund of $61.47 and that was pretty much all he was good for. I lost way more money than $61.47 but hopefully this review will help others save their money.

Great service. They came out same day and unclogged my pipes. Jeremy and Salomon were both very professional and explained everything they were doing. I will call them for future plumbing needs.

I work for a non-profit here in Charlotte. I called to see if someone could come out and give us a quote to fix a plumbing issue that we are having in our guest rooms. The person who answered the phone (without giving his name or the name of the company I might add) almost seemed irritated that I even called. When I explained the problem to him and that we would like someone to come out and give us a quote for the project he replied we aren't interested. What kind of business turns away the opportunity to get new clientele? Despite the other reviews on Google, I will not recommend Charlotte Plumbing to anyone.

On time service at reasonable price

The technician, Daniel P., arrived on time for the appointment and was professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, provided his initial thoughts, and went over each of the options with us. While here, he also took a look at some other small issues we were having and helped us with ideas on how to fix them. We will definitely be calling Option One for our future plumbing needs.

We noticed our hot water heater was no longer working and in a day they came out and replaced it. We have an immune compromised daughter and they were respectful and wore masks at all times, answered all our questions and kept us informed at every step. Will not hesitate to use them again. Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out. They were fine, they gave me options and didnt really push anything on me, but they promised to email me quotes which they never did, and their price was almost a GRAND more than what All Hours quoted me for the same job. All Hours didn't charge anything to come out either, and Brett was really professional, prompt, and honest. He was able to get his crew out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely have a customer for life.

Jaime (ID 3343) was literally THE BEST! Super nice, knowledgeable and great side conversation! He came in and did his job very well. Cleaned up his mess, and mine, after completing his task! My new plumbing guy for sure!!!

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I had an issue with the kitchen sink and I called 5-8 people and was told no every single time. Charlotte Plumbing Masters were the first people who said they would come out and look at it and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Will definitely use them for anything else that we need fixed!

On time and was able to fix everything in one day. Opened up our wall, put it back together and cleaned up. Thank you!

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Called on a Saturday afternoon - Problem solved on a Saturday afternoon. Top tier service and only getting 5/5 stars because 10/10 is not an option.
