Matt worked quickly and diligently with his team and with Rheem’s warranty department to expedite the parts shipment to repair the water heater the very next day. Paul and Brian came to our home and appraised the fan and lighting installation we needed, gave us a quote and a time for next week to do the work. Today 5/15/2014 they called and let us know that if our schedule allowed it that they could do the work today. When they showed up they were prompt, professional, personable, and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces, the pricing was reasonable, and they gave an all around great experience. I found Ace handyman Services West Charlotte to be punctual, polite and most important, honest. they came to repair a badly installed window and told me the initial crew could not do it, but that they would send another, more experienced team. That was most reassuring. They may not have fixed that window, but they established trust and respect.
