Vinton and Dakota put in a filtration and water softener system in my house today,. They worked all day. They were very professional and courteous. I thought I was having a problem later this evening and Vinton came back out to take a look, but the problem resolved itself by the time he arrived. He checked it out anyway and all was well. We worked with Adam to have a tankless water heater installed outside after our old water heater died and flooded our basement. I can’t say enough good things about Adam. He was very responsive, friendly, patient, ensured things were exactly how we wanted them, and went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. Mr. Rooter is our plumber of choice for a large, +/- 650,000 square foot, commercial property with 112 tenants. Mr. Rooter always responds quickly, is thorough and knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Since starting with this firm 2 years ago, we have used no other plumbing contractor and do not plan on switching going forward. Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

The process to get support to fix a water line break was great. Daniel arrived about an hour after I called and quickly fixed the line. He was very friendly and completed the job with no issues.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

They move fast so you will not be left out in the cold! Even the inspector commented on how quickly they got things done.If you are having insurance or home warranty work done be sure you know the terms before you make any arraignments. We had some misunderstandings that led to some serious problems with our HVAC installation, which is why they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars.HOWEVER, IVR did what it took to make things right and I am sure it cost them to do so which earns them a solid 4 stars. If you as the customer do your due diligence I think you can have a great customer experience with IVR.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.
