I sheared off an outdoor faucet at 8:00 PM yesterday at 8:30 AM today, Carolina Plumber, Jeff, was already working on the repair. Jeff was professional, answered all my questions and most important was able to quickly replace the faucet. When I need a plumber in the future, Carolina Plumbing will be my first call.

Had a great experience with Arthur Lee Cook, the Project Lead for the water and sewage damage cleanup. He was very patient with me though I was in another state and my property was in North Carolina. I had tons of questions and he clearly answered them and did not show any frustration. I recommend him as the Project Lead for any of your water or sewage damage cleanup.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

Nate was great. He diagnosed my electric issues with the kitchen light and fixed my alarm, and also replaced my smoke detector. He was so great with my dog and had excellent customer service and demeanor. I would definitely used him and this company again!

John did an excellent job replacing the water cut off valve and supply line on my toilet.I wanted to get my repairs done today and he was able to fit me in after finishing his current job. He texted to let me know when he would arrive. John is very kind and friendly. He was easy to talk with and respectful of my house. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done,letting me know it should take and keeping it affordable. I greatly appreciated his help today. Brett regulated the water pressure to my home. He was very professional and timely. His pricing was fair. He showed pictures before and after and explained work done that he guarantees. I had a visit a few days ago after having a clogged drain needing an auger. Roto-Rooter arrived and got it unclogged and I was able to continue to use the sinks and showers in the house. The visit was not cheap, but worth their 6 month guarantee. A few days later same issue and folks came by and inspected kitchen sink as well as garage where it was overflowing. It's been unclogged and drained and I'm glad they have a service guarantee.

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.
