We had Marty come out about a week ago and hook up our gas grill to the gas line. He was great! Quick, polite, on time (even early!) and professional. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Charlotte Plumbing and/or use them again!

I reached out to this company after hours to schedule service, and received a text the next morning saying that my appointment was scheduled for the previous business day. When I called their service line, they stated that the appointment was in fact this morning between 9-11. I then received another call a little after 11 stating that there were no appointments available for at least a week. This company’s customer service and internal communication is extremely lacking, and we’ll never attempt to use them again.

I hate giving negative reviews but I scheduled online with an appointment for the next day which is the only day I could meet for over a week with a plumbing issue. I waited for the plumber to show up between 10-12 and as it got closer to time, I never got a call, text, email, or anything from them. I reached out after the 12pm window and the phone rang but never went to a voicemail. It said it hadn't even been set up. I was hoping for some kind of response because I called multiple times but never got any kind of follow up.

Franklin was a great technician and answered all of our questions. He did a great job pumping our septic tank.

I had a plumbing issue that was very unexpected and b ecame an urgent emergency. I called Roto-Rooter and was told someone could be at my house in a couple hours. Not too long after the technician Stan showed up and after pointing out then explaining my issue to him, he resolved it in less than a hour. He made sure after everything was flowing correctly as well as to educated me on how it to prevent it from happening again in the future. With a couple of other tips to go along with the great service from start to finish, I truly recommend!

Charlotte Plumbing Masters replaced a main water line that had broken on my side of the city water meter. They were very professional during the entire repair. They really did more than I thought they would to replace the water line. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for plumber to do any job that you want a 100% professional job.

Jesse came out for an assessment. He was very professional and friendly. Most importantly he was honest.

Tony was very professional and friendly. He even offered to help fix our outdoor faucet that wasn't working properly. Thought of deducting one star for his being a Cowboys fan but his poor taste in teams was not reflected in his work.

I needed an immediate repair to a gas water heater so I called DR Jordan and they were able to repair the water heater within 24 hours and on the weekend. Reid was very professional. I will recommend DR Jordan to all my friends and family.

I have used this company in the past and they did a amazing job with a overflow I had in my bathroom. When I had a high water bill they were the first to come to mind so I gave them a call. Damien was having trouble finding the source of the leak and told me it was most likely my master bathroom. I paid almost $300 for him to “fix” my toilet. Next month same high water bill. I told him the repair didn’t fix my problem so I basically paid for a unnecessary repair. I called back and he did come out with some others to look into it further but still was unable to find the source of the leak. He told me he has never dealt with this problem and said he was ordering a part that will help him figure out where the leak is coming from. I even received a follow up call from one of his workers saying they have not forgot about me and they are waiting on the part. I waited and waited and waited and it’s been about 3 months now. I called back and spoke to the secretary and she said she would give him a call and never got back to me. I feel like I was robbed of $300 and is very disappointed because I really liked the company and they were my go to for plumbing needs. If Damien just didn’t know what to do I would of appreciated that being said instead of the running around I was given. $1000 later thanks to Morris Jenkins I was able to finally get my issue fixed and my water bill is back to regular. I gave 3 stars because he did help me with my refrigerator and sink for no charge and do think he is very knowledgeable and capable but I am highly disappointed with my last service job.

Duane Smith is the best around. He is a great man and a wonderful technician. He has many years of experience so that was very beneficial. He got the job done correctly and is very personable. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!
