I am giving this review a 5 star, but it does represent two different calls and if averaged together would be lower. This review represents our second technician. One of the technicians, Dusty Rhodes, was invaluable to help me figure out how to solve our electrical problem. Our first technician was very nice, but did not get the diagnosis yet we still had to pay the bill. Dusty listened, and really began some investigative work. Rather than replacing some breakers inside our house, he proved the problem was with outside lines (Duke Energy had already been here and said it was 'good' on their end). Not only did he do that, he stayed with me to call Duke Energy out again, specifically coaching me on what to relay to them. Well, Duke Energy came out three more times and fixed three different problems. All is working well now. I was so desperate for someone to listen to our problem, Dusty was the first one who did.

Great service. Malik came out to replace the gas valve on our water heater, which was a warranty repair covered by Rheem. He arrived early in the appointment window; was kind, courteous and pleasant and very thorough. We had been without hot water for almost a week; took a couple of days for the part to arrive, but once it was here and we could schedule, the repair was completed correctly and quickly. Nice to have hot showers again - and very pleased with the quality and handling of the service call.
