I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

I have called this company for different reasons and they are very responsive with a call back if they do not answer the initial call. Rapid has done a couple of different jobs for us to above expectations. We have worked with two technicians, TJ and Chris, and they are very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company all day/

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

Roto-rooter did an awesome job fixing a major sewage backup. They were thorough in their assessment of the problem, dedicated to working quickly and efficiently, and were able to walk me through their process and recommended next steps. Shout out to Sergiy, TJ, and Noah.

These guys are great. They were super responsive, honest, and did a great job helping us in a timely fashion. They made a proper diagnosis and we wish we would have found them sooner. Will be our first contact from here on out.

I had an issue with the kitchen sink and I called 5-8 people and was told no every single time. Charlotte Plumbing Masters were the first people who said they would come out and look at it and they had it fixed within 24 hours. Will definitely use them for anything else that we need fixed!

This was emergency and Bliss was wonderful. Broke pipe at 9, Angel there by 11 and fixed by 12:30. Thank you!!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

This is a good company, interested in satisfying and preserving relationships with their customers. The technician (William Boynton) was very polite, honest, and a general pleasure to have in our home. I did have a disagreement with the company, not the technician, over the disclosure of fees (so I would suggest you have a thorough discussion when engaging their services); however, the owner was very kind and generous towards me, granting my requests and FAR beyond. Even though this job didn't work out, I will consider hiring them again in the future. Thanks, Osborne, for an excellent experience.
