I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

Plumbing technician Vinton Moore is the man! It could have done an expensive repair that involved new equipment but he gave us a much cheaper alternative that suited our budget.

Russ Baker and David used their expert problem-solving skills to install a carbon filter in a very tight crawl space area. They were both respectful, and extremely professional. Russ offered several solutions, and expertly installed the filter. Awesome work. I recommend them both for a raise! I love using your company. I’ve always trusted your technicians. We had a big water bill and a leak in the water line. We researched our options and went with Mr. Rooter to fix it. They were professional and diligent in all their work, and went well out of their way to make things right for us. And like so many service providers, they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me a mess. I highly recommend them.

5 star ratings for Tim and Ted who diligently spent the better part of a day working on resolving a lingering sewer blockage issue. Finally got this problem behind me with these 2 competent plumbers working in synchrony. If you watch their work you will be impressed and entertained!

I called Rapid Rooter Tuesday morning and was able to get and appointment Wednesday morning. TJ was my technician and he was prompt and courteous.

All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They were extremely responsive. I called at 3 and a service tech arrived at 4. They were knowledgeable, professional, and completely resolved the problem. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to call them again.

These guys are great. They were super responsive, honest, and did a great job helping us in a timely fashion. They made a proper diagnosis and we wish we would have found them sooner. Will be our first contact from here on out.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. Ritchie came out to my home to fix a leaking water main line.. He did an excellent job.. Explained all the work that he done and his price was $500 cheaper than other plumbers. Ill definitely use him again! He showed up on time as well!
