Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

Paul was very patient with a challenging installation of an upflush toilet. Improvised as new challenges were presented. Did great work - highly recommend!

Travis came in and made an assessment of the problem and showed me my options. I told him that I was planning on having the garbage disposal removed and not replaced. After seeing the quotes I had the garbage disposal replaced too. Their prices are very reasonable and their technicians are always professional. I'm very pleased with the quality of work Travis did. I have in the past and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.

We had some plumbing issues last night and requested service from Charlotte Plumbing online. They called to schedule the appointment first thing today and Josh came out. He was friendly, professional, and charged a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and will no doubt be doing business with Charlotte Plumbing again.

Came to give me an estimate on landscape drainage repairs and did a thorough job with It! Afterwards, he used his laptop to prepare me several pages of report of the various parts of the work. He was able to send it to my computer before he left! I learned some new ideas about how to handle common drainage problems and found out about some of the new fiber optics technology used to probe buried drain pipes. I have more than enough to help me make the best choice for my repairs . Mr. Rooter has excellent use of the new methods of handling drainage problems in yards and I was left impressed that this would be a terrific company to trust with my business . As I wait for other extimates this one was a superb start to my process!

They did not Show up. They Provided with two different time frames they never showed up. I waited for 8 hours they didn’t even call to follow up. I called them they said they were going to call me back. They never did. Very disrespectful if they don’t have the time just be honest that way I could find another serious company.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Quick and did what they said they would to replace 10 feet of sewer pipe in my yard. It took two guys about 3 hours. I was charged $7,100. I had my back up against the wall with a sewer problem and feel like the company took advantage of me.
