Best Sink Pipes in Charlotte NC

Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Justin (owner) is very knowledgeable in what he does. He offers great service and customer care. Don't hesitate to use Queen City Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, you won't be disappointed.

The technician who came to our home was prompt and courteous, and definitely knew what he was doing. We are very satisfied, and will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. (for plumbing and HVAC)

My service technician was Justin. He was great! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went over all the services and costs with me. He explained all the procedures and got to work right away. He said they were even going to send a camera tech out in a few days to double check the drain. Most places just snake and go but WyattWorks seems to actually care about making sure the issue is resolved.

They are a very busy place so if you don’t get a call back right away do not worry! Sarah from the office will call you and get everything taken care of. She is awesome!

The company even worked with me on the pricing and got the work done within my budget. I lost my job due to COVID and they genuinely seemed to care and wanted to work with me and my tiny budget.

Well, my hot water heater went out, and a cold shower was not on the menu. I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment, they called early and asked is it alright if our tech comes early. Yes, after two days of cold showering (are you on the way)? Matthew showed up as stated with 25-30 min. Check my unit, did diagnostics, gave solid quotes, rechecked my unit, & fixed the issue. All work was professionally , had great attitude , & left magnet to place on frig. All complete within forty-five minutes again very nice, friendly, professional, Tech Matthew Smith. Thank you! Give that man a NINE (9)!

I was blown away by the service we received from Ted. He did such a thorough inspection of our home discovering multiple critical issues that could have interfered with the sale of our property. That and he treated it like it was his own. We were not on site and he asked me helpful questions that were not even related to plumbing, like should I turn off the oven light? He stayed late and made such that every plumbing detail was taken care of and tested fully. Working with Ted has been my best experience with any plumber in Charlotte to date. Seriously he is amazing and should be promoted. Incredible person and much appreciated! Thank you Ted!

They performed our sewer line replacement and all their techs arrived on time and were very professional. Highly recommend them.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

We called a handyman recommended by the condominium association to fix a leaky tub faucet. He not only couldn’t fix it, he made the leak worse. We called Roto-Rooter, and they came the next day. Waide (2640) assessed the problem, found the correct part, installed it, and presto, proble solved! He was a true professional in every respect. In the future we will always call Roto-Rooter - they are the real professionals who get the job done!

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

I was very pleased with Matthew. He came in, listened to the problem, checked out several possibilities and found the simplest solution. What we thought was a HVAC condensation problem turned out to be a blocked sink drain problem.

The people we worked with could not have been more knowledgeable, compassion and understanding. The situation seemed over whelming to my 84 year old Mother. With the assurances and prompt service received, we were able to get her back into her home! These people care for others. In this world today it’s sometime hard to find kindness involved in business .

The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again.
