We had an issue with our tankless water heater, and Marvin was really helpful. Not only did he fix the issue, but also helped solve for the ongoing issue of Rinnai's recirculation controller. He helped me identify the right part and also advised me on the warranty requirements for Rinnai. He went above and beyond what was requested, and I really appreciated his advice and assistance. Second time I've used Queen City and would recommend them.

Adam and Andre were a good team for replacing an old cast iron drain pipe beneath our kitchen. Adam was prompt, he told us what he would have to do and what it would cost. He is knowledgeable and a good communicator.

Today marks our second use of Charlotte Plumbing. I can't speak highly enough about this company. Guitar came out within two hours of me calling - amazing. They were also able to fix the problem the same day. I have a trust and comfort level with this company that I don't typically experience in the construction/home improvement arena. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who needs a plumber in Charlotte. (and a side note, we have two little kids and a dog who thought Guitar was the coolest man on earth - the kindness he showed to my family made me even happier. it is the little things!)

Mathew and his trainee Eli were professional and helpful in pointing out potential caulking issues we may have in the future. Great crew and I would have them back again. Really appreciated how they walked me through exactly what our issue was and what they were doing to fix the problem. Great experience and great guys!

At 5:30pm on a Friday I came home to find water pouring out of my water heating tank onto the floor. I called 4 different places, including multiple who promised 24x7 service and Option One was the only one who made good on that promise. Ted showed up, got me up to speed on the issue, gave me multiple options, and answered all my questions. By 11:30pm the old system was ripped out, the new one installed, and the area cleaned up. I'm stunned. I can't recommend Option One enough, and Ted was nothing short of amazing.

This is probably one of the worst plumbing companies around. The manager David Bruton is a real piece of work with threats and their prices are astronomically high the technicians left the old water in my home and there was leakage Their employees are strictly commission and they are told to sell the customer something whether they need it or not. I would never call this plumbing company for any problem I ever had. It was a very poor experience. I would not recommend them.

John Bird came out and helped with our after-hours emergency service. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was fixed and working well before he left. We had a leak from the kitchen that had water everywhere in the ceiling of the room below. Thanks so much John!

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

This review is for Tuesday Sept 6 ONLY. Roto Rooter called to clean out kitchen drain, double bowl-draining slow, sluggish and backing up into the other sink. Tech (Keith) was later than text, husband told tech to clean the drain pipes to sink, and clean p-trap.From today's recall visit(Sept7), it is obvious Tues. Tech did not clean p-trap. Two knives, a popsicle stick and a big gob of some nasty looking something were in the p-trap. The tech did not do as he was asked by husband. AND he lied to husband when asked if he cleaned the p-trap. Everyone knows if you're testing the drain, you fill one side of the sink with water and then pull the plug. Had the tech done this he would have seen the water backing up into the other side of the sink. I think he rodded the drain, ran water separately into each sink and declared it was cleared. I call this lazy. Especially after he was told to clean the p-trap. VERY VERY disappointing service from a company that has been stellar in the past.

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.
