Never in a million years would I ever write a review about a company but when you call a number because someone told you to look them up and they turn out to be AWESOME. Pipe burst in freezing weather on Chrstmas Eve. Dazjan showed up early on Christmas morning and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Could not have asked for more!

The service agent Jeremy did an excellent job on inspecting a leaking garbage disposal unit, finding the source / issue and installing a new unit He was pleasant and courteous and answered all my questions. He also came out to service the unit a few days after initial installation after it temporarily stopped working and had it fixed in no time.

Thrilled and delighted! I have found my new plumbing company. Sevenr quickly took care of replacing the valve, flapper and supply line for my old toilet that would not stop running. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I especially like the fact that he did not try to sell me on any more services. The price was reasonable too. This is the plumbing company I will be calling from now on.

My plumbing sucks in my home and I have had 5 incidents from 2017-2021. Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue every time. They do outstanding work. They are honest with the minimum to fix the problem vs extra that can be done to prevent future problems. They always make me feel valued as a loyal customer.

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12” rough in toilets with more appropriate 10” rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

Tony was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He told me what the work consisted of and how long it would take to finish the job. He was done in less the time.

Called on thanksgiving day, arrived in one hour & went right to work to fix major problem outside. My main water line broke. Fixed & made sure water pressure was adequate before he left. Awesome job. Richard Garris

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

We had a water pressure problem, and John sent Caleb to the house within two hours of my email. Caleb was clean, organized, and explained exactly what the problem was after he spent 30 minutes examining different parts of the water system. He gave me a specific quote for the work, completed the work timely, and cleaned up very well. It was a great experience, and I will use them next time!

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.
