Best Shower Installation in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

Dave came out and installed a new soft water infiltration system to replace the old one that was out of date and not working. Dave was out a few months earlier to replace a busted pipe and educated me on why I needed the infiltration system since I had a well. I am very satisfied with the work done.

James from Charlotte Plumbing fixed all of my problems in one visit and he did it right THE FIRST TIME.

At first, there was a strange smell in the house. I thought it might’ve been a natural gas leak.
I bought a meter on Amazon but it wasn’t detecting any gas.
As we all know, buying a product like that on Amazon is a hit or miss.
Just to be safe, I called the fire department to have someone come out and make sure everything was alright.
They used a gas meter to try to detect if there was a gas leak, and they couldn’t find ANYTHING.
They agreed there was still a strange smell, so I had a company come out and take a look for me.

The gas company that came out turned the gas off to my fireplace since the smell seemed to be concentrated mostly in one area of the house right next to the fireplace.
They said if the smell goes away in a couple of days then that must’ve been the culprit.
The smell never went away, so they came back to the house to turn the gas back on about 5 days later.

The smell started getting worse.
I was already having migraines everyday, and now I was starting to get nose bleeds.
I asked them if it could be sewer gas since the smell seemed to be worse when I was using the water.
They told me that I should go ahead and call a plumber.

Before I called the Charlotte Plumbing, I looked opened up the door to the crawl space of the house.
It had no smell, and the crawl space is in great shape.
I’m not a professional in gas or plumbing, but I wanted to make sure this plumbing company knew I did my due diligence to narrow the problem down.

I mentioned the fact that the crawl space seemed perfectly fine, and that the smell seemed to be coming from the baseboard downstairs next to the gas fireplace, but also when I ran a lot of water like laundry.

As soon as James stepped in the house, he immediately agreed that the smell was off.
Within 5 minutes he detected a gas leak and opened up the wall.
He said that the gas leak was so bad the whole house could’ve blown if I lit a candle or anything in the house.
He said the reason why the plumbing seemed tied to it was because the pipes have little vents that suck in air from the crawl space to operate properly.

Within 4 hours he fixed the gas leak entirely, and even fixed 3 of my slow running drains in the house.
James said, “That surprises me that the gas company couldn’t figure this out. They’re usually a really good company that’s really cautious. The guy that came over must’ve been new or something. All you have to do is actually listen to the customer and they’ll tell you exactly what and where the problem is.”

I am so impressed by Charlotte Plumbing. James was courteous, respectful, clean (he even wore little protectors over his shoes to protect my wood floors), punctual (they gave me a window of 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and James was knocking on my front door at 8:02 AM), and he is a real pro.

TLDR: I recommend this company to everyone. 10/10 experience.if you want the job done right the first time, call these guys. They’ll save you money, your house, and in my case my life!

I called Roto-Rooter, due to low hot water pressure. The technician LP came out in less than 45 minutes, found the problem and quickly resolved it, while providing amazing professional service. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing and drain services.

Recently did some repair work at my home with a leak and various troubleshooting. I utilized their services to install a natural gas hook up for my grill. Diyan was my service tech on a job that required 3 total days. This 3 day timeframe included their office coordinating a county inspection. When you have a county inspector saying they did clean work, you know they did. The line was established, air pressure tested with a gauge, evacuated, and activated. They hooked up my grill and tested it to make sure it was fully functioning without issue. Four days later they called back to make sure everything was still perfect. Quality service. Expectations were set, and met. ZERO issues. I'll be sure to call them in the event I have any other plumbing or gas line work needed.

Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable, readily sharing that knowledge. The job was a replacement water heater and a significant number of other things to bring the installation up to code.

Tahleek and Malik were the Service Techs. They were amazing, they were on time and dependable. They did not take any breaks or time off from. The job. We would highly recommend them for any service.

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .

Had Adolfo and Oscar from Roto-Rooter in Charlotte at my residence earlier today for an emergency plumbing issue and these two young men are fantastic! Came in, introduced themselves, both dressed in clean pressed uniforms and got right to work. I offered them food and drink but they worked non stop for over five hours. When they finished up, Adolfo showed me the pipe issue that was causing the problem and already had someone lined up to call me in reference to replacing the problem area. Roto-Rooter supervisors, these two men represented your company and themselves very well today. Great job men, I thank you!

Eric Jones of EA Jones Plumbing recently came out to repair a leak in the wall of my bathroom. He carefully examined the issue to determine the best way to repair it. Before doing anything he explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was successful in repairing my leak issue with minimal damage to my sheetrock and concrete slab. He's very knowledgeable and professional and definitely takes pride in his work. Their prices are definitely reasonable.
