Queen City served us well. Our company had a large, commercial job of entirely replacing the sewer line. Justin made sure it was done quickly, properly and that everything was cleaned up right. His crew worked over the weekend to make sure the job was completed on time. We'll call them again with any plumbing needs.

Marty and Hollywood came by to fix a leaky toilet and replace a kitchen sink faucet. They were in and out within 30 minutes. Rapid Rooter has a fantastic team. I needed a new disposal and they were able to come out and replace it in a timely manner (close to a holiday weekend). I would recommend them to anyone needing services.

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a solution to your plumbing problem look no further than John and his team, they are the best in the Charlotte Area. My first call was to one of the big commercial plumbing companies and they came out, diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and gave me a hefty price tag for a band-aid solution. I wanted to get a secondary opinion so I did some research and found Ritchie Plumbing. John and his team took their time to explore every possible cause of the problem, they looked beyond the surface and found the root cause. They are professional, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to ensure they provide a sustainable solution to your problem. Definitely recommend!

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.
