Prompt service - have used twice and have fixed all problems to my satisfaction!

Got onsite quick, however they tried to unclog line for a little over an hour, charged $800, then told me the line would need demoed into the sales floor. I sent other plumber out who cleared line in a little over an hour for $500 bucks. Office manager did not return call either

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Rooter and their technician, Matthew, to clear my drains. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that both the company and Matthew displayed throughout the entire process. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my home, and they got the job done quickly and effectively. Matthew was particularly knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything that needed to be done, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Shane notified me when he was on his way through text. Once here, he went to my shower to inspect the issue. I was thinking we had a water leak. After inspecting, Shane stated that he does not believe there was a leak. He said where the water spot on the drywall was located he believes the water was running along the shower wall seam and outside of the shower curtain. Shane recommended resealing the seams on our three piece shower sections. Which he scraped off three old sealant and resealed. Honest, professional, and great work is what I have to say. We will use and recommend Option One plumbing from here forward. Five stars!!!!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Tankless water heater annual flush and service. Replaced outdoor water faucet as well. Checked other under sink areas for leaks.

Mark and Omar spent the better part of the day digging, trenching and then replacing the damaged water line from my meter to my house and did a great job. They left the yard looking perfect. These two guys are an asset to the company. I would definitely use them again.

We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!
