On Christmas Day my hot water heater decided it needed a vacation. It is tankless and when I did get a hold of providers they did not have expertise in the tankless units. Queen City came the day I called, it took me a day to find them. They repaired the unit and we can shower again. The technician Paul was very friendly. Thank you for the prompt holiday service.

Chad's team was wonderful! They were on time, friendly, and efficient. I know their work is reliable because we've used them before. Actually, a couple of the guys made a minor mistake, and when Chad called to see how things were going, he had them redo the install to make everything perfectly right. And they very kindly did it. I would definitely recommend this company!

As first-time homeowners, our water main leaking was the first major plumbing issue we've run into. Dustin was professional, straight forward, and informative in explaining the problem and giving us our options. He stayed late to make sure it was fixed that day since we didn't have water, and helped us refill and relight our water heater that we had drained preemptively. IU cannot say enough great things about our experience and we will definitly reach out to Mr. Rooter agains hould we have any problems!

We have used Rapid Rooter several times over the years. Their serviceman, TJ, called to give us a time as to when he would be able to come out to the house. He was very punctual and professional. Instead of doing unnecessary work, that would have added to his bill, he discussed the situation with me and explained to me what he would do in this situation, thus saving us hundreds of dollars. Told me what to look for in the future and if certain things happen, then who to call.
It is always a pleasure to do business with people who put the customers needs first.

Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

My experience with Guaranteed Pluming & Construction was excellent! They responded quickly, quoted the job efficiently and fairly, scheduled quickly, showed up on time and completed the job in an A+ manner. I would definitely recommend working with them!

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.
