The entire experience was excellent. Morgan did a great job and had a wonderful personality. She did more than expected. I am excited to have this company as my new go to for my repair needs.

They were able to come out the same day we called for a broken and rusty garbage disposal. Our technician Matt was very professional and walked me through the issues and options for replacement. He was also very kind to my 3 and 5 year old who asked him questions the whole time he worked. Highly recommend this company!

Called IRV on 12/8 for an issue I was having concerning plumbing, they were able to get a tech out to me within the hour of my call. Emmett was very professional and sensitive to my needs and the issue I was having. I would definitely recommend IRV and request Emmett again if I ever have any other issues.

Dryer stopped working. Called and K1 Home Services came out promptly the next morning and had the dryer fixed in 10 min!! Service was fast, Chris was knowledgeable and the fee was minimal. I’ll be using K1 moving forward.
