Called them at 10:30 AM, Jason showed up at 11:00 AM, took a look, quoted $250, got his machine, open the drain in 15 minutes, cleaned up, gave me a bottle of drain cleaner to use once a month and was out of here by 11:30AM. Great job, quick service. Could not be more pleased after having tried to snake it myself for over 2 hours. Well worth the $250.

Called in and the receptionist, Imani, was very professional in asking what we needed to have done. We were able to schedule 3 new toilet installations as well as new faucets in each bathroom as well. The technicians, Nas and Hayden removed and installed all the requested items. They ensured we were happy with the installation and left the area clean. EVERYTHING HAPPEN JUST AS IT WAS PROMISED! I give my highest recommendation for Queen City Plumbing to my friends and family.

All the water in my toilets and sink were coming back up! The toiles were bubbling! I called 4 other plumbers and they did not have the time to come out not even for an emergency! Then I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Charlotte. The lady on the phone was so nice and assured me someone will be out sometime between 1:00 - 5:00pm. It was 12:30 thirty when I called them, they could not give me a specific time.So I waited, 20 minutes later I received a call from Marvin one of the plumbers. He said he will be there in 20 minutes. I was so shocked! And sure enough he was here. I explained everything that was happening and within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was. The clean out pipe coming out of my house that connects to the sewer was cracked.Marvin was so professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. I never had a plumber be so specific and so willing to explain everything in such detail. I mean I don't know anything about how to fix this problem. He needed to dig down about 8 feet deep and 8 feet wide in my front yard in order to remove the broken pipe. This was on a Wednesday and he said the earliest I could fix this would be this Friday which was May 28th, 2021. Marvin cleaned out the roots the best he could so I could use the water in my house. He put a camera down the pipe and showed me the size of the root that was in the pipe. I could not believe it! I explained to Marvin that the clean out pipe that sticks out of the ground has always been slanted and it sticks to high out of the ground. He explained to me that the pipe was installed wrong and most likely the landscapers ran it over with there huge lawn mowers.That really upset me and I did not know that could happen! Like I said before Marvin explained everything to me. Even while he was 8 feet deep in the ground he was pointing out things that were wrong and he promised me he would fix it the right way. And he was showing me what the correct way was.Just look at these pictures!!!! Marvin is AWESOME! i told me that he will always be my plumber I will never go to another place again! I had a pipe rupture in between my first and second floor. I had called a plumber I had used in the past but they couldn’t come out for a few days so I looked to Home Advisor and found WyattWorks. They came to my house within a few hours and were able to locate the leak and repair the pipe quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable however they were a bit pricey. I assume it was more expensive due to the emergence of my situation. I would use WyattWorks again.

Called in the morning and was able to get John (and Dimitri) out the same afternoon. We were having a problem with our gas range and it turned out that a regulator that should have been installed with the gas line never had been. They installed one for us and it's been working like a dream ever since. Highly recommend!
