Mr Hammond is an All Star plain and simple. He was personable, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He solved a plumbing issue at our home that baffled two other large local firm that “ threw up their hands and left”. His dogged determination and extensive knowledge solved the issue in an astonishingly quick fashion. All plumber should be this good. Fast, efficient and meticulous in the clean up of the project enable us to highly recommend him. He is the only plumber we will ever use. The total cost was more than fair.

I came home from vacation 9/30/18 to a broken hot water heater . My home buyers extended warranty was very slow and first company they dispatched was out of busines! . As soon as they found CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS , my bad luck turned around. Tim ( office mgr) was so understanding and worked quickly to get a technician to my house within hours ! Michael, the technician was very thorough and knowledgable ..called my home warranry company on the spot so we could get the hot water heater approved and installed asap! Will definitely use these guys in the future if/when the need arises!

Jeremiah installed a water heater a few months back and I told him he would get an excellent review from me, better late that never. His efforts were not forgettable. I had D.R. Jordan out to service my tankless water heater and diagnose a problem with a kitchen faucet. Reid is honest, professional and personable, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. He will give you a straight answer and helpful suggestions. I would recommend him for any plumbing repair, issue or service.

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.
