Had a technician come out in August to do an inspection. They just said that it's low on frion and needs to be refilled every 3 years so I paid $300 for frion. There was no mention of any other issues that could cause the problem. Now the same issue is happening 6 months later where a new technician (from a different company) came out and said that there is a leak and 0 frion left. I called Michael and Son's back because I was upset that they would just fill the frion without mentioning the possibility for a leak. It was not stated anywhere in the report that their technician recommended a leak inspection and they never did. Not only were Michael and Sons unwilling to give me any sort of ball park estimate on what a leak inspection would cost, they also refused to waive a dispatch fee if I was willing to pay for the inspection. I got no sense that they value customer service or empathize with my situation. Where I would have originally recommended them, I am now extremely disappointed in their service.

Our serviceman, Tony Williams, was courteous, knowledgeable and adept at completely fixing three plumbing issues we had in our master bathroom. He clearly explained how he would remedy each issue and the cost for each repair. His workmanship was excellent. This is the third time we have used IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC with superb results in each case. We highly recommend this companyand their entire professional team.

Kris came the same day we called to install a new dishwasher. He provided Great service and we plan to use him again for a few more installs!

I had called in to schedule an AC tune up trying to use their promotion. After going specifically what the tech would do towards this service. The office explained it would cover cleaning coils, and also clean the water drain line. The tech showed up and out-rightly declined any of these cleanings. I informed him to circle back with the office and his work order it should have clear instructions regarding my expectations. He informed he was only gonna check for pressures and run a check to find out what else is required for the system and if it needs any repairs, he would quote.. Similar to a 30 point check you get when you take your car for an oil change. I had to ask the tech to leave without wasting his or my time. A total waste of time...
