Julian’s plumbing was great to work with. I needed a job completed fast and they showed up same day to quote and next day to complete the job. Plan to use them again to finish out my kitchen in a few weeks. Definitely give them a shot!

We have worked with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the past two years, and every experience has been positive. Our most recent experience is a prime example of how professional and dedicated this company is. Adam worked with us to find the best solution for replacing our water heater and addressing some other plumbing needs. He gave us multiple options, and at no time did he try and talk us into one option over another. He just patiently answered our questions and let us make our decision with no pressure.That same day, Russ baker and his son Russ JR. came to do the installation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently on several tasks. Then came time for the replacement of a faucet that was far less straightforward than anyone thought. If Russ and his son couldn’t figure out how to do it, the faucet simply wouldn’t be fixed because the alternative fix was way too involved and costly. I was fully expecting them to try one or two things, and then to tell us it just couldn’t be done. But they didn’t. They kept searching for a solution until they found one. And throughout all of it, they displayed the same friendliness, professionalism and skill that had impressed us from the beginning.Thanks to them, and to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a whole, we now have plentiful hot water, awesome filtered water from the tap, and the ability to once again use our bathtub. Highly recommend this company!

This company contacted me the day before the appointment to make sure it still worked. Mike was on time and very polite and provided an estimate within minutes. All that is hard to find these days. Still getting quotes at this time.

I called Rapid Rooter Tuesday morning and was able to get and appointment Wednesday morning. TJ was my technician and he was prompt and courteous.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

Jeff did a great job late on a Sunday night. He diagnosed the issue with minimal damage to the house and even ran to Lowe’s last minute to get a part to fix the problem with our leak

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Service Technician was professional and courteous. He was able to find the problem with my gas logs. Unfortunately he did not have the needed parts to get my gas logs up and running again.Update:The back ordered parts took until mid March to come in. I was not notified when they came in and it was by chance that when I called for an update on when the replacement parts might be in that I found that that the replacement parts had been delivered to them.We set up a time for Anthony Williams who I really like and is very professional in how he presents himself to come out and install the new parts and rebuild the burner for my gas logs.It was over an hour and a half after the appointment time when I called to make sure I had not misunderstood the appointment time and was told the Anthony should arrive with in the hour.Anthony arrived completed his repair to the gas logs.After a while my wife and I noticed a smell and I thought it was the paint smell from where he had painted part of the gas burner cover. The next day the smell had gotten worse and we called the gas company to come out and check to see what the problem might be. The gas company tech found a gas leak that was the the problem. It seems there was a fitting that was either cross threaded or was not sealing and was what was causing the gas leak.The gas company tech fixed the issue and we have not had any problems. I have Home Serve insurance through the gas company and IRV Plumbing has the contract for repairs when they are needed.
