I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

I cannot say enough about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues. Kim Knopp came out on an emergency call for one of my clients. He was very professional very thorough and offered excellent advice and suggestions to ensure that my clients home would be protected in the future. He asked me to go out and take a look at the work after it was completed and make sure that he had cleaned up appropriately and said that if it was not done to my satisfaction he would immediately come back out and rectify the situation. The cleanup was immaculate and he was very professional. He even followed up with a full report of the repairs that were made so that I would have a better understanding of what occurred and the corrections he made. I am very impressed!

Josh hooked up my oven in 30 minutes. Checked for leaks and made sure everything was working well. Make sure you call them if you have any installation or plumbing needs. By the way, they scheduled me for the next day. That's what's up.

Replacement of leaking shower valve, Replacement of clothes washer shutoff valves, and replaced valve for ice maker with new line. They replaced hot water heaters last year and flushed them while they were here.

I purchased a dishwasher from HOME DEPOT. The HD installers could not do the job so they called AAA City Plumbing and Carrie sent someone right out to complete the install. After waiting 2 weeks for my DW, HD was going to make me wait another few days to send someone out. Carrie and AAA came to my rescue immediately and I was able to start washing the dirty dishes that had stacked up right away.
They have the quickest response time I have ever seen. I told Carrie they should change their name to FLASH PLUMBING, because you call and they come in a flash!

John was the plumber who helped me he was fantastic. Gave valuable advice and did good work. Lastly, he made sure he was thorough and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly before heading out. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

We called Roto-Rooter to install a new gas range and Dennis was incredibly friendly and professional. He did excellent work and clearly explained exactly what he did. We will call them again in the future for plumbing needs.

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I hired CMP for my bathroom remodel. I was very happy with my decision. The job was done in a good time frame, price was reasonable and customer service - excellent! I would recommend CPM 100%!

Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

Ritchie came out to my home to fix a leaking water main line.. He did an excellent job.. Explained all the work that he done and his price was $500 cheaper than other plumbers. Ill definitely use him again! He showed up on time as well!

Brett is an amazing plumber. He has handled everything for us from minor toilet repair to replacing faucets and toilets with new installs. He had also installed a complete whole house water filtration system. Brett is responsive, transparent with pricing and comparative options, and professional in his interactions. He is also willing to advise on the severity of problems and what can be safely delayed or adjusted to meet your budget. We've never had an issue with any work he has done at our home and recommend him without reservation.

Working with DR Jordan was a great experience. We have a sewer main problem on a Saturday. Needless to say - YUCK! I reached out and the owner answered the phone in 3 rings and talked me through what was going on. He said he would be in touch in 30 minutes if he could squeeze us in. He came to our house - quickly diagnosed the problem - cleared the line - scoped the line and found where the issue was with a backfallen line meeting the city sewer. He used a locator to mark the issue and helped my husband and me get everything back in order. Plumbing issues are never fun but he kept our spirits up and educated us as well! We will definitely use DR Jordan again (hopefully with no plumbing emergencies!)

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! They didn't make me feel bad by asking what happened or how long it had been in that condition; they just WENT TO WORK! Thanks guys! Y'all are Awesome!!!
