Josh (Asian guy) was awesome! He worked so hard in the HOT HOT sun to helping me in my crazy situation. The problem is still at large because of the amazing City of Charlotte and GoOgle Fiber (who is to blame?!). But Josh was much of help, and he even spoke with Google to help me resolve the situation.
But again, theses guys don't get enough appreciation! The hard, smelly, and dirty work that they do, and dealing with our S***!
I highly recommend them!

Contacted Option One Plumbing for a leaking Pressure regulator valve.
Alfonso was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.
George arrived on time and was very professional.
He replaced the leaking valve and after discussing the benefits of a hotwater recirculating pump he was also able to install the pump for us in the same service call .

Had a septic emergency. I called and had them out the same day. They sent out John whom quickly assessed the issue and got to work. Unfortunately he had to come back the next day to bring a backhoe. John was very professional and proficient in his demeanor the entire time. Poor guy is a germophobe and got #2 on him but handled it like a champ. 10/10 would have John come back out again. As a new homeowner I would not hesitate to contact AAA City Plumbing should I have any further issues.

Not Happy with the service, Called because the sink was backed up, first Steve came out he did not snake the drain, but assumed that it needed to be pressured from the roof and it would cost $800.00, we paid the $800.00 and he had his boss come out and do the work and now after only 2 months the sink is backed up again, and the washer and dishwasher are backing into the sink, now they want to charge us again to come out, with the excuse that it is out of warranty. So how convenient only a 1 month warranty. I will not be using these guys ever again they take your money and do a poor job. They don't care they are just about the money.

I called All Hours Plumbing when I had a broken pipe. They came out right away and fixed the problem . I would refer this plumbing company as they were on time and very professional.

I received a letter from the city that we were required to do a backflow test. Roto-Rooter was on the approved vendor list and I saw there was one in Huntersville. I called and got a dispatcher who said they could service it but couldn’t give me a price. I then received another call to confirm the scheduled time but also couldn’t give me a price and said the technicians provide the pricing and/or estimates. When the technician arrived he said it was $299 for the test and he would be done in 20 minutes. I said that seemed high and he said it also had to account for his travel from Huntersville and work to submit the paperwork to the city and that was standard pricing for the test. I was able to use a coupon to bring the price down $75. After the service I did receive calls from other vendors I left messages with all three that got back to me were under $150. Will never be using them again. Clearly misleading customers and overcharging.

A+ rating. Called yesterday after a pipe burst. Came out and fixed with in an hour. Mike was awesome, top notch customer service. Will use in the future, highly recommend! Thank you!

Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

Jason installed a water filter for me to filter my well water. He was able to do this only one day after I requested the work. Pretty fast.
