He was able to memorize every item I needed to have done, which was a fair amount, and provided insight into what he thought would be either more efficient or safer methods. He followed up with my quote listing every single item we discussed, missing nothing. I will be creating appointments, requesting Arthur for the work.

We had a laundry list of items that needed fixed and/or replaced when we bought our new home - everything from installing a new electrical panel to replacing ceiling fans throughout the house. We had Patterson contracting Services to our home to help us move our home audio onto current technology. Our older setup was no longer working and we weren’t sure why. Patterson spent time listening to what we wanted and checking/testing our equipment to diagnose where there were problems. This allowed him to recommend what equipment we really needed and what we could continue to use. He followed up and scheduled a return as soon as the new equipment was delivered. After a full install he spent all the time we needed going over setup and use… never getting frustrated even after he got the same question multiple times! We are so excited to watch our first movie with our new setup tonight. We give Patterson two thumbs up! I wish all service companies were so efficient, productive and helpful.

Had a great experience with Bobby from Black Lab. He installed a towel warmer in our bathroom, added a light and switch near our foyer entry, and installed a new breaker when one was faulty. And he fixed a 3 way switch that was installed incorrectly. He explained everything before doing any of the work and gave us a best case/worst case estimate. Bobby cleaned up the area after finishing and was great to work with. He even gave us an idea for the cost of some future projects. When we're ready for more electrical services, we won't contact anyone else.

Great job ,fast ,and efficient. Called Nate Electrical yesterday was very responsive and available within 24hrs. I live in Cornelius so he did require a minimum job rate. He called when he was in route, and arrived on time and ready to work. My project was 2 fans to be removed and replaced with new fans. An entry light and dinning room light removed and replaced. Finally 2 old lights reinstalled in 2BRM. He was nice enough to replace two ceiling garage lights on his way out. Very professional

Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....
