Arthur with On Time did a great job with our service needs. He arrived on time and was professional in his assessment of the existing conditions. He alerted us that even though the new panel installed by another company was a 200amp box, the existing feed cable was only 100amp and therefore not going to provide the loads we thought we would have capacity for. So Arthur was able to upgrade the feed cable and the other electrical items we needed to have done. He did his work quietly, timely, and cleanly. High recommend.

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive.
