Joe was great! Very professional but personable as well. He listened as I described my issue and then went right to work. Found the issue and gave me his recommendations. It looks like a city sewer issue. We shall see. He told me to let him know what happens either way - whether he has to come back or not. I am very pleased!

We had Marty come out about a week ago and hook up our gas grill to the gas line. He was great! Quick, polite, on time (even early!) and professional. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Charlotte Plumbing and/or use them again!

Rhett was very professional and had our toilet and sink faucet installed with no complicaitons. He had everything he needed on the truck including an extra long supply line for the toilet because one provided by Lowes was not long enough. We will probably use the service again for other things given our experience.

Jeff came out to assess issue we had with an overflowing water heater at the end of Memorial Day weekend. Quoted us on replacement of the heater or installation of tankless heater. Electrician came to diagnose and repair two outlets that had stopped working. He figured out the problem (two problems) and repaired it. Very thorough and explained everything he did. Great service!

Clogged sewer line. Plumber was here for about an hour, subtracting time on phone and tablet, maybe 15 minutes using water jet to attempt clean-out. I was told pipe was cracked and needed repair and call another plumber because he was booked and didn't have time. $689.75 thank you very much and bye-bye. And that was with a 10% discount! Usually a company will credit some of the bill towards repair. I agreeded to the price before hand being overconfident it would fix my problem. But jeeez I would have expected a break after 15 minutes of work, no fix and no estimate to repair. And I had even removed cleanout out at front of house and pipe in crawl space for access! Very expensive and a poor value in my opinion.
