BUYERS BEWARE.I called Benjamin Franklin to replace my Water Heater and Sump Pump. What a fool I was. Their quote was for $2,711. I told them I had to get a second opinion and they charged me $49 for the service call.I got the work done with another plumnber with comparable equipment for $1,300.After such a disparity between the Ben Franklin Quote and my actual installation, I asked for my $49 back.I didn't really expect them to give me my $49 back and of course they did not.I spoke cordially with the General Manager who made it clear he would not refund me. It was obvious he could care less about customer service and would rather have his plumbers charge an arm and leg to some sucker than keep an honest customer happy.They are all about MONEY and nothing else. Stay away from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.BUYERS BEWARE

Ted is “The Man” when it comes to customer service for this company!! He did exactly what he said he would do and stayed overtime at no extra charge to make sure he did it right. He truly was a God send to my wife and me, and this spring we’ll have him complete the estimated work which was out of our budget here at Christmas time. We will definitely use Option One Plumbing again in the near future to complete our job as long as Ted is there!!!! Very impressed with him and the company!!!

TJ replaced my toilet fill valve, tank bolts and main gaskets, supply line hose, and installed a bidet, and verified there were no leaks in less than 30 minutes! TJ is a true professional and very talented at their job. Quality work fast and at a great price!

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. Scheduling the appointment couldn’t have been easier, called the main line and received a person immediately who provided an email confirmation almost instantly and Dennis arrived within the hour. They came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and made sure I had a good understanding of what they did. Couldn't be happier! Their business card now hangs on my fridge!

Van was really helpful and got our drain unclogged. He was already home for the night but came back out to help us.
