Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

Contacted John on a Sunday about a really bad leak coming from our master bathroom into our garage. He came out first thing Monday morning. He came in assessed the leak and within 10 mins found the issue and had everything readily available to do the repair. He even notice that we had no drain cap in our front yard and took care of that as well! Super friendly, down to earth and professional.
