Best Repair And Replace in Charlotte NC

The technician that came out to our house was great. He’s the only reason for the single star. Before any service was preformed we decided to go a different route, but that didn’t stop the office from charging us $700. When I called to dispute the charge, Ann from the office was extremely rude and called me a liar! She claimed the services had been preformed and the charge was legitimate. I had to call the the technician on his day off (poor guy) to get him to verify that there was infact no reason for the charge. Days went by with no word, so I called them back. Talked to Ann again, received no apologies whatsoever and she claimed that they don’t do immediate refunds, that we’d have to wait 30 days for a check in the mail, we’ll its been 35 and we still haven’t received a dime. I called back to speak to her and again today she was incredibly rude. GO WITH ANOTHER CONPANY. It’s not worth the BS you have to put up with.***UPDATE***Apparently the owner thinks it’s ok for his office employees to call clients liars. This blows my mind. I have never been treated with such suspicion over something that should be black and white on paper. And per my original post, I DID call today to check on the status of my refund, and was told to wait.

I don’t usually post reviews, but felt compelled after having such a great customer experience. If you need a good electrician as in one you can trust, do yourself a favor and ask for Perry. He’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you’ve known him forever. A great guy who does right by the customer. He gets the job done in a timely and professional manner and comes at a fair price. I’ll be calling Perry going forward for any electrician needs.

Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

Allen was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time, educated me and my wife on his particular recommendations to fix the issue, and addressed them all. We were very pleased with Roby and their technicians.

The first thing I have to say about Hanlon Electric is that Ryan is a licensed electricians in charlotte. I say this because the electrician I used before was not a licensed North Carlonia electrician and Ryan helped to fix all the problems the unlicensed contractor created. I recomend this company to those in need of professional local charlotte electricians who do what they say they will do when and for the price they quote.

Nate does excellent work. He came out 3xs for us from fixing my daughters outlet, installing a chandelier and fixing our dimmer switch. Punctual and great prices. I have recommended him over and over again. He even came out and helped my in-laws. Definitely worth the call.

The electricians themselves are great, the owner and secretary are unprofessional. The warranty is a joke and they will charge you a service fee and hourly rate even if the product/job is under warranty. We spent a lot of money with them on a reno and then they charged service fees to come fix their faulty work that was under warranty. The electrician who is their employee even had to go to bat for us and argue that we should not be paying anything. Part of the hourly charge we were charged for included the electrician going to the store to grab a part. We paid our fees and thanked the electrician, but we will never be using them again. The customer does not come first with this company.
