Best Repair And Maintenance in Charlotte NC

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

We had a main water line leak and garage sink leak. Justin C and Hayden were very helpful and professional. Once they were done with the main water line I then remembered our sink leak. Justin C looked at it, gave me a quote, and was able to fix it the same day when he wasn’t scheduled to do it. We were so happy to get all our plumbing issues addressed and fixed same day! Justin C was very thorough, professional and polite! I’d definitely use Queen City again.

Dajzan was so wonderful! He quickly unclogged a toilet and went above and beyond to help us light the pilot light in our fireplace during a power outage. He is such a personable and kind guy - Benjamin Franklin plumbing is lucky to have him!

Trevor was courteous and professional and fixed our plumbing issue quickly. He was totally at ease with a very crowded house and was polite to all adults, kids and pets. Will definitely be calling again

Tim came in and saved the day!!! He even came earlier than expected and fixed thevpipe under my kitchen sink less than 10 min!! I was VERY impressed! I am looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!!

Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

While I was changing a toilet supply line I broke the CPVC pipe in the wall. Called All Hours based on positive reviews on Nextdoor. Eric came within an hour, on a Saturday. He did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Pipe burst and we had no water. Tony and his colleague Jay came out and put in place a bypass so we could have water again. I also learned a lot of knowledge from them about plumbing in general. I definitely recommend them!!!

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.

He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again, if required.

The specialist refused to acknowledge the issues we were having prior to Roto-Rooter being called. He claimed that the water heater was overheating and tripping the safety switch. I have done manual resets a couple of times and knew what he was referring to. However, he turned the thermostat down (which is also something I, as the homeowner, am capable of doing) and reset the power and charged us $312. When we addressed the concern of the water heater still not able to maintain hot water for more than 10 minutes, he continued to repeat that the water heater was overheating. Again, the specialist didn’t acknowledge the concerns we gave him, and then charged us $312 to do something he could have just mentioned to me. Oh, and our water heater is still not maintaining heat. This was indeed a waste of money and I regret paying.

My house was built with polybutylene, in the 80s, and would sporadically spring a leak so Pathmaker upgraded my whole house to modern PEX. John gave a very detailed estimate and answered all my questions along the way. He was quick to answer a phone call or text. Even tho the job was a multi-day job, he had water turned on for us every evening so we could live our normal lives and take a shower. :) The entire job passed state inspection the first time which is more than I can say about other contractors I have hired.
