Julian’s plumbing came out to help me with my disposal less than 24 hours after I initially reached out. They were in & out in 5 minutes and completely fixed my issue. Pleasant service, and do a great job. Would 100% recommend.

Came the same day when we called at 4 pm. Fixed the problem. Great service.

He checked that my whole house water filtration system was still performing well.

Pricey but work is of good quality. Trevor is professional and does a very good job.

Of note is, I don’t get plumbing services very often but was not expecting to lose 4-5 towels to get it done on top of the $700 repair. I needed the toilet wax ring replaced and my tub drain cleared. Not sure if those were worth $700. So if someone could tell me that it’s the typical cost, I would feel a little better. Lol. Otherwise, they do great work and fixed my plumbing problems.

It's never easy to pay for a unexpected home repair. However when it does hit your home I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter. William arrived on time located the leak in my water supply line explained every step in the process he was very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and took steps to clean all the areas he worked in . One top notch outfit!

Ted is “The Man” when it comes to customer service for this company!! He did exactly what he said he would do and stayed overtime at no extra charge to make sure he did it right. He truly was a God send to my wife and me, and this spring we’ll have him complete the estimated work which was out of our budget here at Christmas time. We will definitely use Option One Plumbing again in the near future to complete our job as long as Ted is there!!!! Very impressed with him and the company!!!

I went on there website and requested for them to come out to my house on the same day. They called me to confirm the request for that afternoon. After I confirmed they said they would come out the next day in the morning?????? I asked why when they called to confirm for that day. They had no answer and left me confused. I'll never call them again

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

Hired them over a year ago for some extensive work in my crawl space...at the time, I felt like they did a good job for a fair price. I called them back for additional work and they wanted $500 to put a check valve into a pipe and seal a connection...the plumber continually quoted fixed rate pricing...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the simple work requested...I will not call them again.
