Best Repair in Charlotte NC

The way a person treats other people says a lot about them and the company they are employed with. While I see there are many people very pleased with the services of this company, I witnessed an employee from Julian's cuss an employee out at lowes this morning. When I say cuss her out, I do not mean the five year old version of swearing. I mean, he said just about every swear word known to man. And why he did this? Because he was trying to return a USED sump pump...now, I don't know Julian's return policy (joke) but lowes has a return policy clearly stated on the back of the receipt stating that used items will not be refunded. So the actions of this man over something so ignorant and petty was beyond me. The way you represent yourself represents your company and I surely will never call Julian's for any work.

Thank you Jeff and Todd for a job welll done. Jeff came out on a Monday to assess the problem. He explained everything in detail and said work would begin Tuesday morning. Site enough Todd showed up. He was such a delight to talk to. He made additional suggestions and waited for Jeff to discuss. These men and Todd’s son was very pleasant and professional, explained in detail the process. Job was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend ..

This is about the 3rd time using the business. The plumber today was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable about the problem for which he was called. He even gave advice/recommendations regarding other issues in the house.

Had gutter down spouts that were totally clogged beyond any imagination. They ran into under ground drains. William quoted the job and assured me all would work well. They went above and beyond and we discovered many broken lines etc. What could be fixed was fixed. I was very pleased with the communication, work , ethics of the company. Would recommend and use again.

Eric, another technician who worked with Dennis, was also amazing! He went above and beyond to explain to me each step of the repair so that I understood the problem and the prices associated with it. I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.

He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again, if required.
