We hired Viva Electric to install recessed lighting in 2 rooms and also install an outlet behind our mounted TV. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication sets them apart from their competitors. The technician Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly, and completed all of the work in the time frame communicated. I would highly recommend Viva and I will be using them for future projects.

He has done jobs for Me and Murt from mounting and setting up our big screen TV to installing electric outlets. He is professional, friendly, and does excellent work

Bobby was really responsive and helpful after I had a lightning strike near my house. He tested several areas of my house to try and help me figure out the extent of the damage. Gave me solid advice and I will call him again in the future when I need an electrician. I recommend him without hesitation.

As someone who just had the owner, Tom, storm out of her house, I would not recommend using Providence Electric. After 3 rescheduled appointments, he arrived an hour late (first appointment of the day), decided the job was harder than anticipated and said it was not worth it to keep working when he had more profitable jobs to get to (we had an hour consultation prior to this so he knew what work was involved when he provided a quote). When I got visibly frustrated about the hole he was leaving, he then lost his temper and went off on me about how frustrating it was that he wasn't making any money after an hour's work, slamming the door on his way out. He attacked a reviewer on Google reviews for calling him unprofessional, so I will not say that, but this is not a company you should allow in your home.

I had a problem in my new home--a set of GFI outlets not working. Matt knew exactly the problem--a hidden outlet tied to the same circuit. He diagnosed over the phone, and didn't charge for the advice. I'll be a customer for life!

Todd is very easy to work with. He listened to my outlet needs, inspected the project areas, and provided an accurate estimate in the first visit. He arrived at the agreed upon time and wrapped up in a few hours. I definitely recommend Todd and will be using him in the future.

Bates sent us Thomas Rivera and we couldn't be more satisfied with his work. He was not only punctual, but he was extremely professional, yet friendly. He took the time to answer every question we had about the job he completed. He performed a general inspection of the main power panel to verify that everything was OK (we just bought the house and wanted some peace of mind), installed some smoke alarms, some floodlights outside in the backyard (he used a long ladder to get just below the roof on the second floor), and a brand new chandelier. He did everything smoothly and fast. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and experienced on what he does. Once he was done, he even asked us for a broom and cleaned everything before he left. We would definitely recommend Bates and Thomas to everyone.
