Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Charlotte NC

A fantastic experience! Jason reached out to me early in the morning and arrived by noon. I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

Adam Wahl our plumber was great! He is so knowledgeable in the plumbing industry. He found our problem in minutes and had it solved so quickly. He gave us a lot of great information to help us improve the appearance and functionality of our bathroom. The customer service was really good as well in speaking with Ashley and April! I discovered I had a water leak in my bathroom this morning, and I'm so grateful that Christina and Josh were able to help me out--all in a few hours. Christina returned my call promptly, and she reached out not 10 minutes later to say a technician was on the way.

Josh was personable and knowledgeable, and listened patiently as I described the situation. Although he had to drill a hole in my ceiling to figure out where the water in my ceiling was coming from, he covered my whole living room with plastic to contain the mess.

Josh showed me what was going on and recommended a few solutions. He then cleaned up the plastic and even vacuumed my living room for me. Now THAT is going the extra mile.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

I will never use this company again very unpleased with services i got charged 2,000 dollars for toilet being clogged then their was no pipes cut or they did not remove my toilet nor did they do wat they charged for on the in voice john and larry was terrible and un clean not to mention they lied about being at my house 2 hours the were there 30 mins tops i got a quote from another company and they told me $300 i will never ever use this company

We had a water heater that failed and flooded our garage. I called All Hours Plumbing and Brett was able to quote me over the phone and fit me in the same day. His team was professional and did a wonderful job. When they left, the new water heater and set up looked better than the original one installed by the builder. Would highly recommend!

Sergey was my plumber and he came to fix my leaking garbage disposal. He arrived promptly after he called to inform me he was on his was and he was very personable which I like because it shows me he likes his job and cares about his customers. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me an affordable quote so I asked him to do the work. He explained the process clearly to me and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time needed to complete his job. He started and finished the job in an efficient manner and made sure I had the instruction manual for the disposal incase I needed it and showed me that he had taped the utility tool next to the disposal if that was needed. He tested it out and asked if I was please with how it operated. It was flawless and I appreciated his dedication and talent. That is why I chose Roto Rooter because they have a reputation for quality and professionalism. I also liked the fact that Sergeys truck was very neat and tidy both inside and out which shows me he takes pride in his job and it showed in how he handled the job. I would recommend Sergey and Roto Rooter to anyone who want quality service at an affordable price. I will definitely request Sergey again if I have another plumbing need!!

This is the best plumbing business in Charlotte. Mary is a wonderful owner and all of their work is good quality at a great value. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. There's really no other reason to use anyone else in Charlotte.

WORST COMPANY EVERRRRRRRR !! STAY AWAY!!!! Rheem is contracted with them to do local work if your covered under warranty. Rheem had them contact me to replace a water heater and sent them the work summary for the replacement. IRV came 5 days later ( only available day) and tell me they had no report from Rheem regarding replacing the water heater they were only here to diagnose what was wrong. In my my mind I found that “ off” and thought maybe that is how the process works, diagnostic first then replace. I had to wait another 7 days ( 12 days now since initial contact) for them to be a NO show!!! I contact Rheem and per their records IRV was supposed to replace it on the original “ 5 days out” available appointment. I told Rheem they did not replace it. Rheem contact IRV who then tells them they are waiting for a “ part” meanwhile Rheem told them originally that “ part” was no longer available so where are they getting this “ part” from? Second hand use? And remember.. Rheem’s original report was for them to replace the whole unit. They had the nerve to tell Rheem “ well only next availability will be Monday “ this adds another 7 days to the original call, so now we would have been 19 days later! NO COMMINCATION from IRV at all! Rheem ended up sending me a warranty claim and requested I contact any plumber of my choosing… Contacted my go to “ Mountain Island Plumbing” in Charlotte NC and they got the job done the SAME DAY I called! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IRV!! Even the Manufactor, Rheem , was embarrassed by the way they handled this - STAY AWAY unless you are willing to wait19 days with no hot water… which I’m not even sure they were coming out that day anyway since I have yet to get a call or email from them! And Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

Can't say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.
Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.
After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.
After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.
I'm HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. I suggest anyone that reads this review do the same, if you want complete satisfactory work for your home!

I called McCoy from a recommendation of my neighbor. They were here that night and corrected my plumbing issue. You could not have asked for better service or repairmen.
