Toliny Plumbling & Electric was recommended by my warrenty company to solve a problem with a 220 circuit for my water heater. He arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job in 15 minutes! Unfortunately, after the job was complete, we waited over 1.5 hours for a response from my warranty company so that he could close out the service request, which was an inconvenience for us both. Although, dealing with my warrenty company was frustrating, I am glad I had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful service company. Mr Shane did an awesome job. This has been the quickest install from calling the 800 number to getting dispatched to arrival and troubleshooting. All took no more than 4 hours. I waited for another company Proven Profesional Construction to come out they did but was taking them 1 week and a half to do the install. I will truly recommend Progressive for the 5 star service they gave me. I will always use you.
