Got to me in less than 24 hours, works fast and polite. Couldn’t recommended more highly.

Scheduled a plumber to unclog existing toilets in a leased space. Plumber arrives at 9 AM, reviews the situation, and offers to replace two toilets for $1,860.77. We refused the offer because we do not own the property. We gave Queen City Plumbing two stars because the plumber failed to do the one job requested, which was to unclog the toilets, but he did arrive between 8 and 10 AM as scheduled.

Justin arrived on time, performed a comprehensive inspection of my issue, and went over a number of choices with me. Besides his great work in fixing our problem, he went WAY above and beyond in helping us resolve things the same day. Between working at our house and travelling to get the equipment he needed, he spent 10+ hours getting things fixed right and that is something that really made the difference with him. I'd recommend Wyatt to anyone and if you het Justin on your call, I know that he will do right by you, 150%!!

Ted was really nice guy. Very detailed took pride in his work. He even gave my dog a slim Jim. I would not hesitate to call him again and would recommend him too others as well.

Matt came out to our home this morning and fixed a tiny leak in an upstairs pipe. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness with the situation. He was also nice to my dog and cat, which is important! Will use AAA in the future!

I was so disappointed when they finally arrived to fix a leak under my house. He changed the valve that turns off the water behind my toilet. He didn't fix the leak under my house. A friend found the problem and fixed it pronto. I was charged $335 just to change the toilet valve. I feel like I was ripped off. I am just sick because they didn't fix it. I'm recently widowed and I can't waste my money like this.I do have to say thank you. My money was refunded. However, I did want to pay for the valve he replaced behind my toilet. Customer service was awesome in my case. Thank you.

These guys are awesome. I needed a fire pit kit installed on an outdoor natural gas fire pit. Short notice and a somewhat unusual ask so, needless to say, I had a hard time finding someone who would do it. I was lucky to find Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John called me an hour before he arrived and showed up exactly an hour later. We briefly discussed what needed to be done and he went straight to work. He figured out all of the issues and got it done very fast. The results are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I will be using them again.

I have used different plumbing companies in the past but I have never written a review. I highly recommend PathMaker Plumbing. The technicians were fast, efficient, nice, and professional. John and Caleb did an excellent job and prices were very reasonable. They even fixed some minor problems and did not charge me extra. It is a 5 Star company!

Garrett and Josh were great!! They arrived within the time frame and immediately came in and got to work. The were friendly and informative and did not stop working until they found where the water was coming from. They even killed a hornet that flew into the house!
