I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon. Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. They returned my call immediately and were able to come out that same afternoon. I had my problem fixed in an hour. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the service.

Tony arrived within the time window provided, assessed, and resolved the issue with our tankless water heater in minutes. He also took the time explain what to do in the future if we lose power and temperatures are below freezing.

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.
