Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

Outdoor tankless water heater repair that required valve replacement due to cracking under fridge weather and no electricity for several hours. Brian was knowledgeable and pleasant . Therefore, he identified the problem quickly and gave me an estimate promptly. Once the parts arrived to fix the problem, the job was done efficiently. After several technical struggles with our existing water heater, Charlotte Plumbing was contacted as our land-lord's preferred plumbing service. They responded immediately to the work order request, and from the very moment of their assessment of the problem, my technician, Mr. Josh Moua, on a Friday afternoon, no less, took immediate action to secure for us a new water heater. He arrived at 2:30 PM, made the assessment, acquired the green light to proceed, and immediately acquired the new unit. Making it back to the house quickly, he sprung into action, and by 5:45 PM, the new heater was installed. Josh demonstrated an absolute meticulous attention to quality and detail....akin to the highly-competent plumbers-of-old...a REAL Professional. On top of being highly skilled, he demonstrates an awesome concern for the customer....He is courteous, respectful, answers questions patiently, and educates the customer along the way. He also provided great training for the use of the new unit, providing tips for efficient use, and things to watch out for in keeping the heater healthy. In short, Josh could not have been of BETTER SERVICE...simply awesome! He maintains my highest recommendation. I am a licensed, Professional Engineer, involved in the design and construction trades, and after 24 years of professional practice, I know proficiency when I see it!!! JOSH IS THE MAN! Matt and Mike were professional, prompt, and patient. They carefully explained what they found and my options for repairing. They got the work done quickly and had everything cleaned up and back to normal the same day. I would definitely call them again to repair a plumbing issue.

2: Got an excessive quote for the work that I couldn't validate with expected estimates online so called other plumbers who confirmed the quote was excessively high. Called the office to complain, GM called back very quickly admitted it was an error in pricing. I had to push to get my service fee refunded.

Maybe this was truly a mistake, maybe they were trying to take advantage, but really there is no way to know what they would have done had I accepted their original quote.

One fella can't drive

I had a spigot on a rental property pop off and needed it fixed quickly for my tenants. Called All Hours Plumbing and someone was there in about an hour and did a good job fixing it, for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

Had an emergency leak in copper pipe in the crawlspace. Called Roto-Rooter and they came right out and did the work. I was afraid with it being Sunday that there would be a long wait, but they came quick. Service professional was polite and friendly and very helpful. We always use Roto-Rooter for emergency and plumbing needs. Never been disappointed with their work.

I will always recommend this place to anyone , she runs a good honest place.

John and his colleague Brandon helped us to replace gas water heater couple days ago. They spent 5 hrs straight on the project and we got hot water back at the end of the day. Quality work at an affordable price.....John's quote was much lower than other contractors that we checked but his quality work was no less, if not better.

I needed an immediate repair to a gas water heater so I called DR Jordan and they were able to repair the water heater within 24 hours and on the weekend. Reid was very professional. I will recommend DR Jordan to all my friends and family.

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.
