I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling come from the bathroom. I called AAA City Plumbing in the afternoon on a Monday and they sent Stephan out first thing on a Tuesday morning. They called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. The repair was fixed quickly and efficiently. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I said I was okay with him taking it off). I never felt that I was being ripped off and lied to like I have with other plumbers. McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

We have used John a number of times. We find him very responsive and creative and consistently goes the extra mile. When we were looking at replacing our second hot water heater, he suggested removing the second hot water heater and using just one. It worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money both for the heater itself and it electric bills. He carries an excellent line of plumbing products that are not found in the big box stores. He replaced a toilet that was constantly getting clogged with a Toto brand toilet. He also replace a broken faucet with the brand he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our new faucet and toilet. We highly recommend Pathmaker!
