We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them!

Fast, on time and I thought the technician corrected an issue without needing to replace water heater. A week later the issue came back and upon learning the warranty was still in effect, I contacted an authorized repair company to come out and look at the problem. Roto Rooter did not test the elements, but charged $160 to basically do nothing. Now having to spend more money on labor that isn’t covered.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

We contacted him for a valve replacement and he was great. He explained what he was doing and what to expect from it. We are very grateful for him and will recommend him to friends if they need a plumber.
