Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing did an incredible job on a very complicated hot water heater install back in April, 2022. I contacted them yesterday to come out to take a look at the expansion tank. They sent someone the very next day ! Vinton and his assistant were very professional, clean and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the service technicians and company overall. Thank you !

I appreciate someone being able to come out the same day I called. And the job was done correctly. However, had I known that I was going to be charged $500 for a 30 minute job I probably would have tried to get a few quotes. I thought we might get some kind of consideration since they were replacing a plastic faucet (handle snapped off) that came with the whole house water softer Ben Franklin installed a few years back. From this information forward is a month after the response from the owner about following up. I still have not heard from anyone on being charged $500 for $10 worth of materials for less than 30 minutes work in an non emergency situation.

Mike came out today to take a look at a few things and he was able to repair what I thought was going to need to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I would definitely recommend WyattWorks! Thanks again, Mike!

The Roto-Rooter service was grate the technician fixed the problem Quickly with no mess. He was very knowledgeable And gave us several tips on how to keep our pluming and septic tank in good working order. I will only use Roto-Rooter for my pluming needs I highly recommend them for any and all pluming needs and issue you may have.There the BEST!

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with Charlotte plumbing masters when I booked my appointment and the communication leading up to their arrival, it was professional. However as soon as the two gentlemen arrived they looked at the area for 5-10 minutes and came back to my house with a quote for $1,100. I was surprised because we were told one part needed repaired. When I said I would need to talk to my husband but we’d probably move forward he explained the service fee wouldn’t be waived if the decision/service wasn’t immediate. I felt he was condescending. We had two other plumbers come out, 1/2 and 1/4 the price. Our job has been completed. I would not recommend Charlotte plumbing masters based on my experience.

Brandon was right on time for the estimate and Jason was the same for install. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making what was a chaotic, at best, and dangerous at worse, gas and water situation for a condo hot water tank efficient and professional. Jason worked tirelessly the entire time he was here.

Called in for gas line repair service at 9:30am on NYE and had a technician at our house (Roger) by 11:15am. He diagnosed the issue, went and retrieved the necessary part from the warehouse, and made the repair all by 1:30pm. At a reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend.

Called on thanksgiving day, arrived in one hour & went right to work to fix major problem outside. My main water line broke. Fixed & made sure water pressure was adequate before he left. Awesome job. Richard Garris

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .
