Aaron called to tell me that he was on his way to our house. He was so nice. He did a great job installing our new light fixture in our Family Room closet and installing our new fan in the Master Bedroom. He took the time to listen to me about our needs for a gas line (we have gas in our house) to our Kitchen for our new gas stove, for how he may be able to solve our problem with our outside lights (and our Refrigerator in the Garage) going out when it rains, and about a new Hot Water Heater (our Water Heater is as old as the house at 21 years). My wife and I are thinking about the Gold Home Care Agreement. I am very happy about the Michael & Son service.Thank You,,Doug and Marilyn Stauter

My issue was stemming from a root cause that I was unable to identify.
Paul accepted my appointment was able to diagnose the issue within the hour and my problem was fixed the same afternoon. In short, it was a water leak.
I have lived in Charlotte area for 15 years, and never found service like this. Normally I can't even get a call back!
The price was more than fair. It was quoted before any piece of work was done and I appreciated the professionalism.
Paul explained thoroughly to me the cause of the problem along with the fix.
I will definitely use them again.
