Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

I've used them at least 3 times now. Quick response, courteous, friendly, very professional, clean (when they arrive of course!) and I imagine they are in line with professional plumbing companies. Work or work options are explained in detail. I am very happy with their services and have bought a 3 year maintenance plan that offers a 15% discount and complementary services that probably would cost as much anyway. My go to plumber now.

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

Stan came to check our main sewer line and he went above and beyond to help me understand every step he took and to insure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He was very professional and gave me great advice. If we ever have an issue again I will be requesting Stan!

Everyone at E.R. Plumbing was professional, competent and friendly. That's the best qualities any business can have, in my opinion. Taylor was all of those things and went the extra mile to figure out the kitchen pipes' draining problem in my older home. He even made sure his manager came out to brainstorm with him for solutions. After living with the problem for over a year and having another company come out twice with no success fixing the problem, I called E.R. and with their expertise and persistence, I now have my kitchen sink back. The underground water line for my commercial building ruptured last week. Chris Osbourne came out, gave me a detailed repair estimate, had the utilities located and scheduled the repair. They had to cut the asphalt, dig out around the affected piping and replace it.
