We found On Time through their great Google reviews and we are so glad we did! We cut a line we thought was dead for a decade and it was not. It knocked out a wall of indoor electrical. I called the next day and Jenny helped me out. She was so nice and so helpful and fun to talk to- we joked about our poor DIY choices! She put us on the schedule the next day and gave us several options which was really helpful. Chris came out and went through every part of our issue thoroughly, made sure we knew exactly what he was looking for and how it could affect our house, and didn’t stop trying to find this one wore even when insaid I didn’t care if it wasn’t affecting anything :) He made sure he didn’t leave any loose ends! We really appreciated the fast, thorough and helpful job. Chris was really professional, even when my dog was not and wouldn’t leave him alone- constantly wanting to be involved! Customer service is great and are very helpful and responsive on making schedules and adjustments. Our technician Kristopher comes on time, complete the installation of my charging station very quickly. The service quality is high and they clean up all the stuff. Complained about a driver driving reckless.... lane to lane no signals all over the place?

They setup the appointment quickly. That I would have to was the end of it. I called after my appointment time passed, they let me know the electrician was running a little behind (as in 30 minutes because he was going to grab something to eat). Ok, no problem there, about 90 minutes later I get a call from the electrician saying he wasn't going to make it for another hour (2 and a half hours after appointment time), said ok I can deal with that, people have stuff come up. Called the business to let them know to cancel my request for service after an additional hour went by from when the electrician said he'd be here (3 and a half hours after my appointment time). Sound very professional on the phone and thought I found a good company based on the previous review (nice work from the photos and referrals from Duke energy). Had a few jobs that I need an electrician for out at the house so probably more disappointed then they are for losing my business.
