I have used a number of contractors and trades over the last few months while renovating two bathrooms. While it wasn't a large job, Jeff from Queen City Plumbing did a great job. I contacted the company for two items and they were punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again. Happy to find a company that does things the right way.

I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Tim Herms was called out on a Sunday evening and got to my home quickly. He had all the equipment he needed to check out the problem and just as quickly gave us the answers we needed. He then took the time to explain our options for getting the job done. He was friendly and efficient with his work. He arrived on Monday to do the job and explained how everything was going to go and the job was done. Very happy with Tim and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Will be recommending this company and Tim to my family and friends.

WyattWorks came by to do a plumbing estimate for us. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. We are still gathering quotes so we are not sure if we will use them yet.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

The process to get support to fix a water line break was great. Daniel arrived about an hour after I called and quickly fixed the line. He was very friendly and completed the job with no issues.

Witnessed one of their drivers depositing their trash in our dumpster. Called the office and spoke to the owner, they sent the driver back out to pick up the trash. The owner stated that this practice was never allowed. The driver then deposited the trash in a our neighbors dumpster. Very unprofessional!

These guys were sent out by Lowe's Installation service. I have to say that the service and price was fantastic. Corey, the tech with Bliss, dis a great job and I am glad that he was able to get my issue fixed in a timely manner.

Called to have gas fireplace diagnostic, since this hadn’t been performed for a number of years. Tony arrived on time, was extremely professional, performed the work well and explained everything to me. Our fireplace is working better than before and I am pleased with the service.

The plumber came the same day we called. We had a toilet with a leak, and needed 3 bidet attachments installed in our bathrooms. Our technician was courteous, hard working, and thorough. He checked behind himself 3 times. I appreciate his hard work.

He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything when he came out for the estimate, and the work was completed the following week. He showed me the quality of the replacement parts and did a really excellent job (and cleaned everything when he was finished!). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and with Pathmaker Plumbing. I will only use him for any plumbing work I need going forward. Great guy; great service!!
