After two decades with a prior plumber and cutting ties like a bad marriage, Julians came to the rescue and fixed our water heater and was on time, courteous, fast, professional. He won my business going forward and I would and will recommend Julians to anybody and everybody..

Our kitchen sink clogged up and Donald was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. He was very communicative and helpful and was able to solve the problem quickly. Very thankful for Queen City Plumbing!

Our technician, Bill Ferguson, was a total professional and worked above and beyond to service our requests. He had had a very long day with a difficult job yet he still came to our home even though it was late in the evening. I totally enjoyed talking with Bill, who he performed the job in an excellent manner and completed it in a very short amount of time. I completely recommend Bill and look forward to having him come to our home with any other future needs we many have.

Chris, our tech, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an efficient worker. He was on time and diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, explained what needed to be done and provided competitive pricing. The work included cutting the toilet drain pipe, removing the toilet to pull out the pipe, install new pipe and flange, and reinstall the toilet. He completed his work without any problems. The toilet now sits directly on the wood floor. Prior to the repairs, it was shimmed up at least 3/8 inches off the floor due to the flange height. We are very pleased with the repairs. Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
