While my plumbing issue wasn’t an emergency, the team was quick to schedule my appointment. Vinton showed up on time, gave a fair estimate and completed the work quickly. He left the space clean and even tightened a loose connection that could have become a problem later.

Kim Knopp was very professional and knowledgeable. He rebuilt the pressure reducing valve and replaced the thermal expansion tank on my water heater. He answered all of my questions and made sure all of my concerns where addressed before he left. In the future, if I have any plumbing problems, I definitely will request Kim. Thanks for all of your help !!

Had a leak on our roman tub faucet. Ryan and William from Mr Rooter came out and surveyed the required work and provided a quote. They were back a couple of days later and fixed the leak. They had to cut out a ceramic tile to gain access to the bottom of the faucet and they replaced the tile when they were finished. They did such a good job you would never know they had taken the tile out! They also installed a new regulator as our water pressure was too high, and fixed other issues with the tub faucet as it had been installed by cowboys!
They were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was working and clean after they were finished. We are extremely happy with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate in calling Mr Rooter for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We had every out pipe in our house filling up our downstairs bathtub - clog in the main sewage line. We had someone come out, and it seemed to be fixed for a few days, until it started happening again on a Saturday evening. Panicked, because we couldn't use our water and we expected to pay a significant premium since it was Saturday evening, we called Roto Rooter based on the reviews. Stan showed up around 8 that evening. He was professional and friendly, but more importantly, he refused to stop until he had figured out everything that was wrong. The whole process took about 90 minutes for a full diagnoses and repair. The problem was completely fixed, and Stan gave us several pointers to prevent it from happening again. He left all relevant contact information and followed up to make sure everything was ok. I cannot recommend Stan or Roto Rooter highly enough, and they have made a customer for life.

Recently did some repair work at my home with a leak and various troubleshooting. Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R.
