WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years. It was wonderful working with an honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, local family owned business. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing!

Travis was very helpful. We had new flooring installed through the house and needed 3 toilets put back into the bathrooms. He came out at 9pm and again the next morning, on a Sunday to take care of the rest. He also answered questions on a few things while he was here. Very friendly and accommodating.

A+ Service. Mike came out within the hour (at 8 AM) for a broken water heater at one of our rental properties, and had a brand new one installed in the afternoon. I was able to communicate with him over the phone throughout the day, and he even took before and after pictures of his work so I could see, all without being asked. Definitely recommend this team, I'll be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

Good service. John was nice and did a good job. Be careful scheduling with sneaky extra after hours charge on “holidays” like Good Friday.

While the service man was polite, they caused a leak and flooding to my house during the repair of a toilette without a leak. The owner hired flood medics to dry out the house, repaint and redo my bathroom floor. Approx a year later, the work isn't completed and it has been months since the Owner of the plumbing company has called or the owner of flood medics has called to ensure that the work has been completed. I need to have my home appraised now and my vinyl floor was put down crooked and they ran out of product so the entire floor couldn't even be finished poorly in the interim.
I don't have disposable income to correct this error and trusted them to correct the flood caused by their careless plumber. I will post pictures. I waited nearly a year to voice a complaint or express frustration with the lack of follow through and customer service.
I wouldn't trust either company to do, even the smallest job.

Adonis with Roto Rooter did an amazing job at my place of business. We depend on being able to use our plumbing and lots of water on a daily basis, being a doggy daycare. He completed a huge job in under an hour and explained the issue to ya in laymen terms. I actually learned a lot and we were able to get back to business. If we ever have a problem again, we’re calling roto roofer and asking for Adonis!!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .

I used their pet rescue service and I have to tell you it was absolutely amazing! Lizzie arrived so quickly and was so caring and gave us such peace of mind. Honestly, my life line.

4 months after new Pressure Regulator was installed, I needed to shut off house water supply. Found handle inoperable and tiny leak in the upside down brass union. Different man, Jason, was sent out and corrected all issues. Very pleased with main office, whole corrective process and outcome!!

These guys were incredible! I called in at 1030pm for a leak that went through a recessed light in the ceiling and they were at my house the following day at 830am. They crushed it! Jason is awesome!

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -
