I have been very pleased with Michael and Son! The service has been great. They keep us posted through any work they are doing, and the work is done in a timely fashion. Our representative Jim has been excellent and very professional. He makes sure we are always satisfied with the work that is done on our AC Systems. I’d definitely recommend Michael and Son to anyone in need of AC work on his/her home.

Used twice in 2019 for plumbing. Very reasonable rates, plumber showed up on time. If I was rating last year I would have given 5 stars.Used once in 2020 for electrical work. Electrician showed up on time, but rates were twice what we were expecting.Tried to use once in 2020 for plumbing. Plumber showed up on time, then told us that the service that he told us last year would have been around $200 would cost $700 now. We said no thanks, and I found a different company to do it for $200 the next day (and two others quoted it under $400).Pros: friendly staff in the office, friendly staff who show up at your house, everything is flat rate pricing so no worrying if a job takes longer than they think it might after they quote youCons: office staff won't give you ANY pricing on the phone, not even budgetary or ballpark numbers, so it's a gamble at what price you might get for the work. You can't get a price until someone comes to your home, and if you decide you don't want the service then you still have to pay the $59 trip charge (which is waived if you do get service)

Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.

Paul and Mike came to my home to repair a list of things that needed to be done. I recently sold the home and the new buyer, and the buyer wanted everything fixed....Call 1 Home Repair to the rescue!

Paul got back to me the same day I inquired about getting these things done, and was honest and forthcoming about every issue I had. He came out the next day and got me all squared away. It's hard to find a quality contractor these days (believe me, I tried), so I will be using these guys from now on.
