Best Install Water Main in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

Fernando, William, and Ryan did an incredible job installing a tankless water heater. They were courteous and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I had a great experience with Joe Moore at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Joe Moore spent a great deal of time and effort to make sure my leaky faucet was fixed correctly, even making a trip out to get the correct part. I appreciate him calling and giving me updates on his arrival times. I would highly recommend working with him!

Damien was quick to respond and schedule an appointment that met my availability. I received a phone call from Christina on the day of the appointment to let me know Josh was on his way. Josh arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job as well as keeping my dog entertained.

Our recent experience involved a bathtub which drained improperly and flooded the bathroom floor. Ronnie and Steve assessed the damage and corrected it efficiently. My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. John was absolutely so knowledgeable about what we were dealing with in our new home. He has been in the industry for years and it shows. Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

I had a great experience with IRV. They came out to do some electrical and plumbing work. The scheduling was fast and easy. Both techs that came were fast and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair so I could not ask for more. Good stuff. I just had a kid so having a stress free repair really helped.

John did a great job repairing my dishwasher water line. Came out twice to be sure it was working correctly. Very thorough! Would recommend and use him again for any future plumbing needs.

After realizing no drains in our house were draining on a Saturday night, we called Roto-Rooter and Stan showed up shortly after. Stan was so informative, beyond helpful, and thoroughly explained the issues that we were being faced with. He was SO knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly, and provided helpful tips and tricks to prevent our issue from happening again. We could not thank Stan enough and will HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in our situation. He’s incredible!!!!!

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it!
