Major troubleshooting to find root cause of loss of power to a large section of my home. Tommy Vaughn was great - eliminating the variables methodically and tracing this to the problem. Have power again. Also installed electrical surge protection and earth grounding - went perfectly.

An hour late. Did not have the materials to complete the job. Charged me 80$ to tell me they couldn't do it today and I would need to reschedule after I bought what THEY should have brought or told me to purchase in advance on the phone ( fan mount) . Super disappointed and do not recommend.

Called to get my toilet disconnected temporarily to get flooring installed, guy first could not find my building, I stressed numbers are on the buildings, after having to spoon feed him where I am, where numbers clearly marked, I walked him up to my place. I asked how he was doing... nothing.. grunted. We rode up in elevator awkwardly as he was not friendly, from start I had bad feeling. To simply disconnect a toilet and reinstall after work, he was going to charge me 620! I said I wanted to speak to his manager about price, he said I could not do that. I said they you can go. I later called the company to complain, and they said a manager would call me to go over pricing. Haven't heard from anyone. Found another company more reasonable and FRIENDLY too, figure that. Please do not use this company, they are a fraud!

I called at least 20 companies - HVAC and electricians - to install my new range hood, including an exhaust. No dice until I called K1. Kris came out same day and not only quoted a fair price but he flagged that I need additional components to ensure my range hood worked as intended. Super happy with his work and enjoyed the jokes and Chic Fil A sandwich. Would absolutely hire him again. In fact, we are already working to install my TVs. Thanks, K1.

They Installed an exhaust vent/ hood. My neighbor was there. Thank goodness. Had he not bent there they would have left holes around vent. They did end up putting drywall around so now I just have to paint. Was not happy thinking the job would not have been done completely. Always have someone on site for these small/ big things that can be missed.

You literally cannot beg these people to call you back to fix their mistake. Bought a Wade Jurney home where they did the electric and we’re under a 2 year warranty. None of the outlets in one of our rooms work. I’ve been calling them for MONTHS now to get them to fix it, as well as our representative from WJ Homes calling them, and they still will not call us back. You would think that checking to see if the outlets they installed worked properly would be something they would’ve done before leaving the job, but I guess not. Clearly quality isn’t important to them.
